Please note that you are booking 1 apartment in a complex of 6 and whilst the room layouts are the same or very similar, the furnishings do vary throughout each apartment and the images may vary slightly as well.
The upstairs apartments have wonderful views of the Merimbula lake and across to the surf beach. The downstairs apartments all have a pool view. Whilst we endeavor to give you the apartment of choice (being downstairs or upstairs) this can not always be guaranteed and preference is certainly given to guests who are staying for 7 nights or more.
